Husky Talk- Broker Than You is back with the KING of REAL ESTATE in Erie, Pa the best of the best, Laban A. Marsh. We had a great conversation starting with his weekend. He was going to Massachusetts for his son's baseball tournament and was able to use his brothers brand new Mercedes Luxury Van. Stopped in Albany to drop off his other kids to visit their cousins and continued his journey.
Laban talked about faith, religion and God because he believes certain things happen for a reason. A friend of his, whose son was playing in the tournament had his car break down in Albany. Not having a plan to get back to Erie since his car would not be fixed in time. Being the great person that he is, Laban offered his buddy a ride. Picked up his kids, which his friend dropped off the rental car.
I shared a conversation I had with Robert Belcuore, who helped me with excellent advice, guidance. I asked a religious question. Mr. Belcuore is extremely busy with a family and running a large, successful business. He took time to listen to my situation and gave his take, never told me what to do. Robert provided the counsel I needed that helped with an important decision. Laban again talked about God sending messages, putting people in our lives for a reason.
We then debated a difficult problem he was faced with, and he explained how he handled it. I totally disagreed at first, but I did not have the entire picture. After hearing all the details, I sided with Laban, he made a tough call, however, it was the right call.
We finished by talking about the Real Estate market, as several people asked if things would stabilize. Laban said over the last year, we are seeing the market begin to level off. He believes in several months; we could have a buyers' market finally again. Laban is wise beyond his years, and it was great to do our show!
