This episode focused on Razul's journey to becoming a Real Estate agent. It was an incredible conversation between him and Laban, I had a front row seat to one of our best episodes. I love how Laban shows significant passion when talking with one of our teammates who now works in Real Estate.
They talked about the importance of buying a two-family home in order to rent part of it out. The residual income you receive from starting off that way is a huge boost, while consistently providing extra cash on hand each month.
Razul owns a few Air B&B's in Connecticut and said after a UConn Football game in 2022, he was hanging out with the guys.
