A Busy Week

I manage to fill up more time on Broker Than You with Former UConn Football Star Laban Marsh, who is now the King of Real Estate in Erie, PA. Laban has been busy as of late, closing on a number of deals and selling property like hot cakes. The market is turning in the right direction and as long as sellers price their houses accordingly, we will see quite a bit of action. It is amazing how things can change in a single week. At one point you are concerned about the future and in a flash, luck will come your way. Laban also discusses a sports complex nearby that is also for sale. It is more complex because there are two owners, one has the hockey arenas, while the other has in indoor turf fields.
